IIIRC, his probation didn't ban internet use, just posting videos. Also, IIRC, he immediately broke that by having him friend record him and then posting the video as if that didn't violate the injunction.

Also, I'm going to go ahead and assume that the police detective does not take his vacations based on a single case he has worked on. There is no benefit in him doing it. If he was lying like you indicate, the date being pushed back wouldn't effect that in the least. You must have a very high opinion of yourself to think the man bases his entire life (vacations and training) around you.

There is someone here who has been scanning local newspapers for news about him, so yeah we'll know. Some CEmen said they are going to show up when he's in court to see what happens to him.

Is this Detective D the same person as Sgt. Hough? If not, then you're not really proving that D lied. Only that perhaps Hough is misinformed.

And yes, people schedule their time off like that often towards the end of the year. Especially if their Vacation days don't roll over to the next year. You use them or lose them.

Surely that cop picked two vacations to avoid his court date! It's not that he booked a long vacation that stretches out across both August and September!

Surely he's catching out the head of the newspaper out on a lie! He won't say that he has the court docs in front of him with the exact phrasing of the charge! It's not that this is an incredibly minor story that he doesn't give one shit about and probably has no personal involvement in.

It's sad shit watching this guys life crumble over a persecution complex and inflated sense of purpose.

Yeah, this. Personally, I tried to reason with the guy. He was condescending and rude the entire time and buried all my posts under mountains and mountains of out of context legal documents. I've seen him be even ruder and more condescending to others, and his attitude towards any person of authority is absolutely toxic.

The detective has been on vacation? Should've filed for your right to a speedy trial or something
