While he was in jail his original sentence was overturned and he was sentenced for 52 years (2 years later)

He will be out of jail at the ripe young age of 76.

I do agree with this, but that man is getting out at 76 his life will fucking suck. It might even be MORE punishing because now he has to try to fend for himself as opposed to being fed meals every day.
