It taste ultra good imo. 9/10 Cricket: it is crispy, taste pretty good, like small fried shrimp. The legs stuck often in your throat tho. I recommend removing them first. Grasshopper: kinda a mix of shrimp and crab The legs are bigger, but i recommend remove it and eat it separately. These are usually fodder for fish farms, they do it back home too. Insects are farmed so people with birds or fishes feed em with insects. As for hygiene, i guess cooking kill most of the pathogens. Other than that, it wont be different than street food back home.
