No, there are limits to free speech. If what you say incites or promotes the idea that one ethnic/religious/etc. group of people is better than all the rest, then there will be consequences. Maybe not from the government, but from society.

Social services can take the children into protective custody then. The children of nazis would be better off in foster care.

Theyre free to say what they want. However, it incites violence - Oppression, superiority, and minority denouncement.

When a public demonstration with these ingredients happen, its a recipe for disaster. The law enforcement cannot guarantee their safety and the safety of others so they shut it down. Its not theyre stopping the public from excercising their rights, its to keep them safe from the escalation of violence.

Sure. Hate speech isn't illegal unless it's inciting violence or endangering people (like yelling 'fire' in a crowded theatre) and that's fine. Hate speech is usually only an aggravating factor for violent crimes that have already been committed, that might be used to sell premeditation or upgrade an assault charge.
