when you look at it by a measure of 'bests.' It has the most big job opportunities, it has the best quality of healthcare in the world. The system may suck for the poor, but if someone has money and wants the best quality of healthcare, they fly to the USA.

100 million people in the USA live in a household that brings in between $100k and $350k a year. That's 30% of their population. (or 3 times Canadas population.)

It has the BEST of higher education. No where else has the ivy league schools such as Harvard and the like.

It has the greatest diversity of thought due to being one of the only truly multicultural countries in the world.

The middle and upper middle classes make up 62% of the country, meaning over 200 million people are well off.

By the metrics of being the best at everything, the USA is the best country to live in the world. Do you disagree?

the USA has more households earning between 100,000 USD and 350,000 USD than all of the nordic countries have as combined populations.

rich folk don't fly to nordic countries for almost every surgery, like they do for the united states.

the nordic countries don't contribute nearly as much as to science, medicine, advancement as america does.

people don't go to nordic countries to get the best schooling in the world, they come to the states, for Harvard and the like.

the USA is the best, at being the best.

yeah, poor people get the shaft. but the point is, america is the best at being the best. the highest amount of prosperous people in any country, is in america. if someone has the option to get treated for cancer anywhere in the world, they'll fly to the states for the best healthcare in the world.

to put simply, it's that america has the best of everything. education, healthcare, contributions to sciences/advancements, and has the highest ratio of well-off folks compared to any other sizable country. (30% of households making between 100-350 granda year)

In reality, there are no such things. You can be best at one thing and awful at others, the same applies to organization orcany other social institution

if you focus on how well poor people are doing, america slips to around the top 10 region on ' best places to live' lists.

if you focus how well the majority is doing, which is 62% of folks in middle class and up, and consider how all of our industries are at the top of their game, for the world, america is number 1.

the healthcare thing is not false. you can find that other countries have higher survival rates from illnesses, but that's just the overall average bringing down the top docs.

what is false about saying america has one of the most diverse populations in the world?

Britain has Cambridge, Oxford. UCL and Imperial College London which are likely on a competing level at least.

the USA has the most universities in the top 10 of any other country, and possesses the top 3.

people go to the USA for the best health care in the world, period. not only that, but all of the major cities in the USA are outstanding quality, for all of its denizens to enjoy.

Barely more diverse, and none as successful. 30% of the population is in the upper middle class. The american dream is alive and well.

You don't have healthcare for all your citizens. It doesn't matter if only the rich get "the best" healthcare" you have people going into debt and dying due to sickness.

Also you dont even have "the best" doctors. The best doctors are in Germany. You're just only exposed to watching TLC documentaries so you think everyone goes to the US to get healthcare.

do you have links for germany having the best doctors?

the idea is, that our country does so much that is the best in the world, with a country so large and diverse, that there's bound to be problems. but it's safe to know that the USA is the best country in the world, because it excels in every single field. Helping the poor will be next.
