the USA has the most universities in the top 10 of any other country, and possesses the top 3.

It has 5, Britain has 4, despite being smaller than most of America's states.

And America may have an opportunity to get excellent healthcare, but it isn't available for everyone which is the issue with it.

Still not in the top most diverse places, as you claimed.

what's better than americas ivy league schools?

there are great schools all over the world. giving some arbitrary metric and saying "Harvard is the best" is meaningless

and no matter how great the schools are, it's meaningless if they're not accessible to everyone.

the healthcare thing is not false. you can find that other countries have higher survival rates from illnesses, but that's just the overall average bringing down the top docs.

... which is a far superior metric for judging the healthcare system than "whatever rich people can afford"

again, no matter how great the best doctors are, it's meaningless if they're not accessible to everyone

and "diversity of thought" is just a talking point by the far right to try to give themselves platforms

No. It is not just a talking point. Creating echo chambers of thought and discussion is not healthy for a society that values innovation, creativity, resourcefulness, individuality and ethics. Do you really want citizens who all think the same way or are afraid to question and critique each other?

I've literally never seen the phrase "diversity of thought" used by someone other than a conservative with a persecution complex

Anyone have an argument against america being the best because 62% of its citizens are in the middle class or higher?
