amazon video is free with prime for their original content + whatever they have currently licensed. they do offer many movies and TV shows that they do not have licensed for it for a price, though.

So what does this mean for the Marvel Netflix shows? That's really the only concern I have. Would Netflix keep them as, I assume, they have a significant stake in those shows, or would DIsney be able to get them back and continue them on their own platform?

I mean, if he's asking if Amazon streams shows on the Netflix model under a Prime membership, the answer is very much yes. They also put plenty of stuff that's new for sale and/or for rent a la the iTunes or VUDU model, but that does not require Prime to do.
