Well, Freiza destroyed at least 2 planets that we know of, almost certainly more. Unless you're bringing up all the Super stuff about him training and suddenly being God level? Because my point is only that Perfect Cell was stronger than Freiza. Freiza probably killed more people, but he was operating for WAY longer than Cell was, and Cell was on one planet. If Cell had gotten out into the universe, he could have toppled the Frost Demon Empire in like, a day. DBZ power creep and all that.
