Put in what is required to make a comfortable living and that's it. Not a second longer. Unless it's a job you really like I suppose, but many people work jobs they hate and for some reason are proud of how many hours they put in. Another thing is so many of these guys are into get rich quick schemes. They try to play stocks, try to make it big on social media (youtube/twitch/insta).
