I'll be honest, I feel that critics of Trump are saying the same things as before he was elected and I still haven't heard any real valid points to the president being racist, homophobic, etc. I was on the fence in the election and still on the fence with the president right now but I feel that people throwing out buzzwords and insults without substantiating anything makes me less inclined to believe the president is stupid, homophobe, etc. It looks to me like fair game since Trump constantly slings accusations without proof. Then by the end of the week, Awan gets arrested and the Gaetz amendment changes the Russia collusion investigation to cover Comey, Clinton Foundation, Fusion GPS, etc. At the head of that investigation? AG Sessions. And now Trump is back to having "100% confidence" in him. There's also his strategy of "truthful hyperbole" that the media cannot stop falling for. He'll bring up something he wants to be mentioned but exaggerate it. The media jumps to correct him, thinking they're making him look like a dumbass, but they end up discussing exactly what he wanted them to.
