Yeah, had to call the cops on my upstairs neighbors.

They fought all the time, so much they shook the walls.

Then one night they were just REALLY screaming and slamming shit around. Like shrieking, sounded really violent, so we finally called.

They don't live there anymore.

I've called 9-1-1 several times to report debris on the road or a red light not functioning or other potential safety hazards that I shouldn't try to handle personally.
