knuxnole 07/20/17 11:46:20 PM #1:	It's easy if you ask someone Hispanic, or Asian looking, since they say "Oh well my parents are from XXX country". But when they ask a white person and the answer is "Well I'm just American!", they get upset. Of course this only gets asked by minorities as a defense mechanism. As you know, most people assume they are foreigners and sometimes are surprised if they speak good english.
