Rent a saber saw and big ass wire cutters. Break down everything to fit into heavy duty trash bags. Take out what you can and leave the rest inside the house and just take more out each trash garbage day.

Exactly. That was the backbone of the entire plan I gave him a week and a half ago. They would have had an entire week to figure it out. It also would have shown that they made an effort. Who knows what would have happened if it looked like they tried.
