Yes..he doesn't deserve to live Life in prison is far worse punishment View Results 20 y/o Sideshow Freak, Cosmo DiNardo from Pennsylvania horrifically murdered one of his Diabetic friends by Running Him over with an EARTH MOVER..and he was still ALIVE!! Cosmo was reportedly trying to sell marijuana to Tom Meo and Mark Sturgis at his house when instead of selling drugs to his friends, he concocted a robbery and murder instead with the help of his COUSIN, Sean Kratz who revealed the horrific details!! Sean said that Cosmo took out a handgun and shot Tom first and he screamed in pain as Mark started running away. Cosmo shot him until he ran out of ammunition and Mark was killed.. Then Tom reportedly tried to escape but Cosmo got into an Earth Mover and RAN HIM OVER..Sean said that Cosmo "basically crushed" him with the backhoe.. Dean Finocchiario was already dead before this double murder and they used the earth mover to move all 3 bodies int a PIG ROASTER, poured gasoliln in and set it on fire... Then they dug a 12.5 foot grave the next day and placed their bodies in a container and buired them.. Both men who are both 20 will now face first degree murder charges, conspiracy and abuse of a corpse of all 4 men.. The prosecutor has dropped the death penalty on the men in exchange for cooperation of on where the bodies were buried.. The city has been rocked by this quadruple murder as are they shocked how 4 young men were killed in a span of 3 days as each murder was carried out seperately...
