it's gross. I think what Matt Kessler said earlier on Twitter was admirable. it's difficult to process that something like that could have been happening without you knowing; even worse to feel like you may have contributed in some small way toward's someone fear of coming forward.

i've met nick multiple times and this is surprising and upsetting for me (and as someone who works for the same company, it is stinging me that way too). he's not a good friend by any stretch of the imagination, and i don't even follow his online work -- social media, podcasts, writing, etc -- so i dont know if this is surprising to other people or not. maybe he's enough of a cock on twitter in public that this all makes sense, but having only met him in person a handful of times, i got nothing. sounds like a real shit bag under it all
