Chicago has very high levels of gun control, and it has high shooting rates. Vermont has insanely low levels of drug control, and has very low shooting rates.

Chicago is in this weird place where they think they can fix the problem without actually enforcing the laws. Like they can just "ban guns" and it will all go away.
They need to get in there and start taking these gangs down. But whenever you say anything like that you get labeled a bigoted idiot around there. Gun Bans will never work in Chicago because of it's close proximity to Indiana. Maybe it would work if Chicago was where Springfield is and it took more than a half hour drive to cross the border.
