For a series about the Autobots and Decepticons, I cared naught for the human characters regardless of what role they served. Funny enough, I recall one friend complaining about Fox leaving the series and I said any true fans of the series wouldn't care about that. His response was that he wasn't a fan of the series, he just wanted to see Fox in the movie(s). --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo! The dinobots is in this movie as well which should be awesome but they're essentially just thrown in at the end and they have only a couple of minutes of screen time at most. I'm always been a fan of the Transformers movies because I like Transformers and I like to watch them fight eachother but with this fifth movie I think I'm honestly burnt out. They better shake things up in this movie or I'm probably not going to watch them anymore. The third one is probably my favourite in the series though. Lots of action and it felt like a great closure to the series and they killed off all of the Decepticons. I mean, if you know anything about Transformers, you know the franchise is built on silly nonsensical plots, lots of action and explosions, not-very-deep characters, human presence (except the Beast shows), and giant transforming robots that fight each other. The movies capture all that really well, while still making it somewhat "realistic".
