The interesting thing also is that this difference in ability isn't universal across sports. Strength athletes for example don't follow the same trend as runners. Most of the world's greatest strength athletes are whiter than white. So I don't know what the causes are. I'm not versed enough in the science to make an intelligent point about it. But I can say that in the same way that a white guy hasn't been anywhere near the top 100m sprint finals in a very very long time, similarly a black guy...well, has a black guy ever won a top level powerlifting or strongman contest?

yes, but I think it's more of a lack of interest than a difference in ability.

you see plenty of super big and strong black dudes, but power lifting doesn't carry enough shine as say, football.

If power lifters were as rich and famous as football players i'm sure more brothas would go into it
