Literally no lol. Akinator's "learning" is simply a function where it takes in new information from users and associates it with old information. Without direct human input, it cannot learn at all. What you're discussing is for a true robotic intelligence to emerge, able to learn on its own without human input and that is a completely different creature from the way real AI works.
