Not really. The only spot where armored Ashley is really useful is the Castle Water Room, especially when she has to turn the cranks at the end. The rest of it is pretty much the same unless you're really bad about letting her get hit/grabbed. Tbf though if you just leave her standing in the middle of a shit ton of enemies, they will go for her first. So she can make a good distraction too, when she is with you. That's what I was referring to. Ada (at least I remember in the village) can use her hookshot, which can help you get out of a bind and get a breather. Leon was just hard as fuck in almost every stage. Edit: It's like every character but Leon had a bonus to help them out. Something that gave them an advantage; but Leon. Also makes you realize either; how easy Leon's campaign is in general, or how much the higher power weapons in the campaign make it. Garioshi 05/18/17 11:33:58 PM #320:	I was playing through Max Payne before this but I only got through the first part before losing interest due to how the game did not mesh at all with the many platforming sections and the stupid loading times and cutscenes you have to sit through following every time you die in a section. Is it worth picking back up and finishing after this? If there's a breakable barrel somewhere, I should be able to go there. I didn't want to be too descriptive why, because I was trying to answer it without spoilage. I'm on my third round and have beaten every mode but The Mercenaries, so I think I'm okay with spoilers. ~~There's a side quest Seperate Ways where you play as Ada where you kind of play alongside Leon's campaign and you can get up there with her hookshot.~~ Yes, I know. I've beaten it. Why, though, would they keep that barrel in both versions of the map? Every other location that both visit is changed in some way, so why be lazy there? Oh ok I get what mean. And any weapon short of the rocket launcher and or hand/incendiary grenades will not unfreeze him with their firepower. So if I am not going to use a rocket launcher, the broken butterfly works well and you can usually get the six shots off and reload before he breaks free of the ice, if I remember right. --- I think I need a drink.
