It was an old lady complaining about noise...what the fuck is going on. The guy didn't defend himself in anyway he body slammed her as everyone laughed which could easily kill a person that age and threw in the water. He didn't try to detain her he assaulted her for shits and giggles.

So if one of those black teens walked into your yard, would you detain them and politely ask them to leave??

This was not their property. It's obviously a community pool.

Yeah we are kinda just going with the fact someone said it was their property even though that doesn't look the case.

It's a pool located inside an apartment complex. If she lived there, then she had every right to be there. So all the defenders have left are her two harmless little dogs (lol).

To be fair though, I just noticed that the video is titled "Elderly White Woman". I don't see any evidence that race played any role here, and this suggests that the guy who uploaded the video is attempting to fan the flames of hate. Some were triggered by this and responded irrationally.

The real troubling part is how the entire party rooted for it and just ran after the assault...no one helping. With fucking kids there. Great cycle, fuck.

She was annoying and possibly trespassing so they threw her in the pool. It's obviously still assault, but body slamming her could of been murder.

There are two stories floating around; one is that she came to the kids place and did this. If that is the case like was first reported she trespassed... Thus the fucked up laws in FL should allow almost anything to happen to her.
