Very interesting stuff. Apparently, it's Square Enix store exclusive, not on Steam... And the minimum requirements are also quite higher than the original PC game. Some remastering must have been done.

That Character Booster thing is just so facepalm, but I can't say I have anything truly against it. If there's a market, there's a market. If there isn't, there isn't. It won't effect my experience either way, but it's still... facepalm.

especially since FF7 isn't even a difficult RPG! In fact, I would say its probably one of the easiest I have played.
Yeah, you have to be substantially under-leveled even as a first-time player to run into much difficulty for the most part. I love the game to pieces, but it's one of the easiest in a series that is rarely truly tough.
