Time Warner Cable gave me a promotional deal for cable TV, so my mom and I got it. The only things I know of are Conan and some stuff on Comedy Central (I heard good things about the Colbert Report and I remember liking The Daily Show).
Thanks for the suggestions, everyone! Keep them coming.

I do not have a Netflix or Hulu subscription, and I prefer not to pirate. When I checked before, lots of cable shows weren't available online for free like those on over the air channels, but maybe things changed since then.

In my area antenna hasn't even been an option for several years due to cable waves muffling the reception to the point of complete distortion. Have fun, though, I guess. Cable just isn't worth half the price for me, but hopefully you find enough to justify it.

I'm actually not getting a bad deal. I think it is $8 or $10 more than what my household was paying for just cable Internet, which already cost $51.99 or so. If it were more expensive, I probably wouldn't have done it. That said, this is a promotional price, but still good for a year.

I'd say Breaking Bad, but you're probably better off getting them on DVD's since we're quite a few seasons into it and I don't think episodes from older seasons are on TV. The current TV I only watch seems to be Nataional Geographic and The History Channel when they aren't showing reality shows about rednecks, truckers, fisherman, or lumberjacks. Shows like Pawn Stars and Storage Wars are guilty pleasures, but they're not for everyone. The Black Dynamite animated series will be on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim in a few weeks too.
