How time-intensive do you think this would be? I'd like to sign up but if it's a game that requires actual thinking like Dangan Ronpa, I won't have the time.

Right, as for masters the main thing you need to come up with is what sort of situation you're in. Are you a temple monk? A rich heir? A suffering and bitter person out for revenge? That sort of thing. Though you can probably hold out until we send out all the master's abilities.

It's more you post how you act in a given scenario. It shouldn't be too overly demanding hopefully.

EDIT: Think of it more or less how Fate/Stay night is played but you get to write in things instead of picking predefined options.

OK, so once I start getting some back stories in we'll start some summonings. In this people will describe their characters appearances, but try not to give any information away. And to the master of Berserker, I'll be giving you a brief description of your servants appearance and such when you summon him, for you it's important that you learn about any weaknesses early because berserker isn't smart enough to defend them himself.
