It's one of the few Ghibli movies I haven't seen, and Amazon is offering $8 off a second Ghibli film if you order Arrietty. Trying to decide between something I haven't seen (Whisper of the Heart) and something I have seen but don't own (Castle in the Sky, Ponyo).

it's not top tier Ghibli, but I liked it well enough. I'd say it's worth watching.

One of my preferred Ghibli movies. It's also probably the most different than the others.

My favorites are probably cat returns > kiki > mononoke > ponyo > whisper of the heart > nausicaa > others

I price-matched the deal at Best Buy because I didn't want to wait. Ended up getting Whisper of the Heart. Does anyone use Disney Movie Magic? I have two codes if anyone wants them.

Probably my least favorite (besides Tales of Earthsea) but still fun. I remember it had some catchy song... Country Roads...

Oh, that one. Very low in my Ghibli ranking, but still a good watch. Go with the one you haven't watched yet, I'd say.
