That would be 3 minutes and 18 seconds, not counting any natural pauses someone could do basically, none of these tests promote slow, controlled movements. None of it promotes time under tension. This is just promoting shortcuts in form. Well what constitutes a full pushup is always up for debate. But since the adjudication is generally the opinion of the PTI staff, I'd suggest not pissing them off.
