Yes, Elrond, Galadriel, and other such important folk are often very serious, but that's because they've got a lot on their plate to deal with, but the regular elves joke around, sing, and so forth. They only sing sad songs in the movies. :/ --- God forbid you ever had to walk a mile in her shoes, 'cause then you really might know what it's like to have to choose. - Everlast ...
