My buddy in Washington has one registered as a typical vehicle. Alaska fucking hates them and will only allow you to register it as an offroad vehicle, I have snowmachine decals for it lol. But nobody has bothered to pull me over for it, there are a few other people up here that have them and the cops just do not give a fuck. But we are pretty lax with the rules anyways, people drive their ATVs and side by sides on the road all the time, especially in winter.
