I see one of the defenses is that plenty of people have access to his cars(idk how many but I guess it's worth investigating all those people as potential suspects too)
I've saw some screenshots and stuff, obviously its not like 100% authenticated so as they're just posted they wouldn't hold up in court but it is NOT looking good for him. At absolute best, he's a predator and pedo and could say that maybe someone in his camp killed her. But he is undeniably linked to this poor girl. Even if he gets away with this, his career is forever ruined and his life. Deservedly so.
