Sure, I like those games more as an actual product (all of them, I'll just say that now....well, not AI2), but other than that blonder hair thing I can't get over, this is by FAR the most consistently fair and cohesive experience of the Uchikoshi games. Which is.....an INCREDIBLE feat, when the entire climax hinges on you, yes you, the player, being inserted into the game as a 4th dimensional being.I would agree other than 999, since Morphogenesis is basically the same as Blick Winkel, but it's in-universe and multiple characters can do it, so it feels less magical and out of nowhere. I like BW for the audacity but it's not foreshadowed enough. But also BW makes the game's intentional use of boredom so great in hindsight. The whole VN is the characters trying to blur the timelines together, like when you unfocus your eyes for a magic eye puzzle, but in 4D. It feels like more is at stake since the plan could've legitimately failed at any point before the true ending. Whereas Morphogenesis has the same problem that all closed-time-loop stories have, where at the beginning of the story the plan has already succeeded. --- _foolmo_ he says listen to my story this maybe are last chance ...
