Not sure I'd advise blowing the TensionMAX on this fight. It saves what, one turn of TP farming? There was only one TensionBit and it was used to craft an armor (Tension Bow which btw is one of the best accessories for this fight along with +grazearea ones). One day Tobert will give us new crafting recipes and until then I am hoarding as much as I can.

Besides, there's much funnier ways to abuse TensionMAX in chapter 4 if you are gonna use it.

edit: I disagree with some of colliding's advice but personally I went for a much more aggressive strategy
Shadow Mantle is all Suzie needs defensively tbh, her other slot should be either an attack boosting item (Jevilstail if you don't have the knife like I did) or a TP-boosting accessory. Put ONE really good defensive item on the other two and the other slot for more TP boosting items. You will get SO MUCH TP. This lets you get sneaky attacks in with the other party members from time to time. Every bit helps. Or if you want, you can set up Ralsei as a healbot with the Blue Ribbon so you can dump excess TP. I think it's worse but it is how I got my first kill on it.
