There's a huge difference between showing support for a performer and putting yourself ahead of the performers.
Both of those things are supporting someone who isn't involved when they're chanting (most of the time at least) and drowning out whoever is; they're doing way, WAY more to "put themselves ahead of the performers" than people showing up dressed oddly or with odd signs. Those guys don't even make noise, the chants are actively diverting attention away from what's going on in the ring.
