Pokemon Go Fest is happening in Jersey City in just a few weeks, I wonder how this will affect anyone going. Says the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail will still operate, but people were surely planning on traveling by train to get there.

I haven't had any issues with the NJ Transit trains when I lived there and commuted to college every day for years. Sometimes the trains were delayed or canceled and I would have to find a backup to get to and from Secaucus Junction, and I remember once I almost lost my backpack and laptop on a train and I had to go to Hoboken to pick it up. I'm curious what this strike will help fix. Luckily where I lived, my house was equally distant from the closest train line and the closest bus lines so it wouldn't have affected me too much, but I still loved taking the trains when I needed them.
