-seek therapy if you're having panic attacks over vegetables. selective eating disorder is real, but is manageable . You're not childish for wanting to put up with vegetables. We can acknowledge that living your whole life eliminating food groups such as fruits and vegetables from your diet is a very limiting and unhealthy way to live.
"Unless you're growing your own vegetables, the ones you buy from stores are often poorly handled and loaded with pesticides, so they might be doing more harm than good. As long as Im smart about my protein intake and stay physically active, I dont believe I need fruits or vegetables to be healthy."
SLAM YOU GOT ME! it's just a pet peeve of mine when someone is an adult that refuses to eat a wide range of foods
*takes deep breath*
I should not worry about what others do with their lives as long as it is not harming anyone.
People are just different and that's okay.
people refusing to eat vegetables is their problem and it is not my stress to handle.
