| creativeme 05/05/25 9:21:26 PM #4: | never had one. i been working on getting back into exercising more and i have no interest in a trainer. definitely not paying for one. when i was going to the gym years ago i had a friend that knew what he was doing and it shown so he would give me advice and exercises to do. now with the internet there's really no need to pay for one. too many don't really know what they're doing to really help you and will just tell you what they do when your body types are completely different. --- This is a sig ...
