It's the same with Italian restaurant that don't offer veal. Just like imitation places of real places energy. That's my hot take. I respect if folks disagree it's just my own preferences. I won't throw a fit of somebody wants to go to Domino's or an Olive Garden. They have a reason to exist and that's OK.
