Maybe not Yanagi's BIS teammate because of Miyabi, but assuming you split them up then she's the next best option. And BIS for Jane, the only issue being the devs refuse to let Phys have weakness so it's very hard to say how good the team is. But since Ether weakness is very common it helps with off-element type advantage.
