No, the Turkish for finger is parmak and the thumb is called ba parmak which literally translates to head finger. As in the leader of the fingers, though ba refers to the body part as well. So in that language there is no distinction at least.

Although surely it would be eighteen and two anyway as the big toe is in terms of both form and function much more like a toe than the thumb is a finger. It is also called one.
