It's fine when you're trying to put stuff together, but generally any 4pc bonus is better than a 2pc. For Evelyn that's gonna be Woodpecker or Hormone Punk and then 2 of whatever you want that has the best substats. For engines, Mercato and Starlight Engine W5 are pretty similar on her.
