Pretty much routinely talk to everyone on the planet, some multiple times per chapter master minigames as they come (they are harder that FFX) not allowed to skip dialog/cutscenes PERIOD The game has a % tracker, but it doesn't show decimals, so you could move to the next chapter at say 18.1% when you need to be 18.6%, and you wouldnt know at all. You can speed up and skip dialog but if you advance someones dialog, you are locked out. wtf why would they do that --- R.I.P.
