Seriously, put a lamp with a bright bulb on a security timer and set your alarm timer to go off about 10 minutes later. Make sure both are out of arms-length reach. This way, you'll have to get up to turn both of them off... you won't be able to press a Snooze button "without getting up" and keep on sleeping. <)
Yeah keeping my alarm out of arms reach was the only way I could fix sleeping through it. Otherwise I'd just turn it off while half asleep and wouldn't even remember it going off.

I keep my phone on the other side of the room at max volume, so when it goes off in the morning I have to get up.
