I like how TC downplays what they did by explaining how small the accident was and using words like, I guess lol.

I had a bad day so I cant control my emotions during a crime I committed.

I get that its CE and many people dont leave their house that much but in the grand scheme of things that you could be arrested for this is pretty small potatoes. Avoidable? Sure. Shows poor decision making? Yes. But people have shitty days and bad things happen. Not wanting to deal with a seemingly crazy person after a fender bender in a parking lot isnt that weird.

I doubt his employer will even care so long as he notifies them. Not drugs, not violence, not fraud or theft or a showing of a lack of moral character or anything like that. I have had to fire people for unlucky criminal stuff and this would not be at that level unless there was a failure to notify or some other kind of issue that isnt clear.
