Uh... let me plagiarize my Steam posts.

To summarize, I saw it as a polished old game. Never played the original but it seemed a bit too faithful. Could've been really amazing if they were ambitious with it.

Character dialogue just wasn't there as a consequence of the optional party. And Tales' skits really spoiled me because the Private Action thing didn't compare.

I remember having questions about the story and felt like budget constraints and/or time crunch editing had a big effect on the finished story. Like I can speculate about things that would've made more sense if they were part of an earlier script.
