And on this note I asked this I think around the 2022 mid-terms but in what order to the following states flip blue: Florida, Iowa, Ohio, Texas. For the presidential election this year, it's FL > TX > IA/OH. That said, none of them flip blue unless the Dems win nationally by a huge margin. Long-term, Texas is the only one of those trending blue at all and even that's more like "it might be a swing state by 2032 or 2036".
