I feel like thats the case with most comics that do any sort of real societal comedy. Whether its a a guy like Lewis Black or Jon Stewart joking about Trump, or Roseanne or some other MAGAt going off about those damn liberals, comedy that gets applause instead of laughs really isnt comedy. --- You gotta laugh.
