Sony will never support true backwards compatibility for PS1-3 at this point. I also don't think we'll see 8K for like 4 or 5 more gens if it ever even happens. We've had 8K+ cameras for years and the film industry has shown no interest in delivering in 8K. Great for post production tho.Back when the 3 came out they had it right but did the revision. I had money in hand ready to buy the OG 60gb. It got pulled and couldn't find one. I bought a 360 and never looked back. Fenriswolf posted...
