Did hamas do a complete surrender, dropped/abandoned all military munitions/outposts and turned themselves in to the IDF?

I'm talking realistically here - the only way Isreal stops (the spokesmen of Isreal, multiple of them I believe, have stated this) is via the complete and utter destruction of hamas, or the complete surrender of hamas and the return of all hostages.

No amount of "hostage negotiation" is going to end this war, you know that. Isreal, like or not, will continue this war/invasion/whatever you want to call it until they, and only they, decide that "hamas has been destroyed".

So there's two options here - hamas returns all hostages (no negotiation, just return them), and does a complete surrender to the IDF, or Isreal continues this war until they, at their discretion, feels hamas has been defeated.

What I just said is their words, not mine. Since we all know hamas will not do a complete surrender, they also will not simply let all the hostages go (no negotiation required, just let them go), then our last option is for Isreal to "complete its mission", and hope they do it quickly with as little deaths as possible.

Again, the whole situation is tragic.
Remember when Israel actually traded hostages for cease fire?
When it was important to keep the cease fire so more hostages could be traded afterwards?
Remember when IDF thought that it was more important to kill a child?
What is your excuse for that?
