Im not the kind of person whod be flashy enough to attract a gold digger. Im super antisocial which pushes people away and while Id upgrade my outfit, what Id buy would be unlikely to make anyone aware I went up to millionaire status. Like, Id dress like a goth blob or Sonia Lazzo. That wouldnt pass beyond upper middle-class at best, and someone gold digging that turf is probably terribly pathetic. I dont drive and wouldnt get more than a comfortable residence (and lets be real, in the USA getting my own house in a place that I would consider worth living would take a sizable amount of the money anyway).
Now I could move to New Zealand, and I dont expect to become attractive there, but would it cheaper to get a house there?
Fuck it, Trump will probably win 2024 because Biden keeps bumbling and hes stuck in the shitshow of the conflict between Israel and Palestine and single-issue voters on either side will sit by while the man who called nazis very fine people and has probably suggested or outright said awful things towards Arab people climbs back into office. Housing cost be damned, lets move to. New Zealand and have be a physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially unattractive person there.

I acknowledge New Zealand hasnt been great to the Mori people, but Im from the USA, so I cant say that Im shocked about the horrid colonizers have inflicted on indigenous peoples.
