Not explicitly "we hate them" or anything but sometime within the PS4 era they've done some weird problematic things like claim they need to move away from the Japanese market to a more global one and require Japanese devs to speak with them in English. Not sure if Jim Ryan was responsible for that or that his removal will really change course though.
