Topic	Do you get upset about politics much? Is it healthy?

I understand it is a VERY selfish way of looking at things, but I know my bills are paid, my kids get fed and clothed, my roof dont leak. I vote for EVERYTHING. Local elections, school budgets, mayor, president. I know nothing I say to people with opposing views will change their minds, just like nothing they say will change mine.
